Annual Giving
Let's Talk Science works to build interest and engagement among children and youth in science, engineering and technology. As the need to inspire discovery through science literacy increases daily because of its integral role in our culture, society and future, demand for our programs has grown. However, barriers to youth engagement still exist.

When children and youth meet with real-life scientists, when we dispel the myths and stereotypes that surround science, when we spark the 'aha' moment in young minds, we know that our programs work.

Your gift to our Inspiring Discovery Annual Fund goes a long way to ensuring that Let's Talk Science can continue to bring science into the impressionable lives of children and youth, inspiring discovery and preparing them to thrive in a rapidly changing world increasingly shaped by science, engineering and technology.

For more information on making an annual gift, including setting up a pledge and payment option based on your preferences contact Rosie Triebner at: 1.877.474.4081.

You can donate to our Inspiring Discovery Annual Giving Fund online by using the "Donate Now" button to donate through CanadaHelps.

Matching Gifts: Increase the impact of your gift
Your employer may be one of many companies that will match donations from employees, spouses of employees, or retired employees to Let's Talk Science. More than 500 companies match their employees' gifts to various charities, as well as those of their spouses or their retired employees. Dollar for dollar, you can double your gift and its impact.

Please contact your Human Resources Department to request a matching gift form and submit it with your gift to Let's Talk Science, or keep us informed about your current employer so that we can let you know if your company will match your gift.

Corporate and Foundation
We are working to create tomorrow's scientists, knowledge workers, leaders and informed citizens.

Since 1995, Let's Talk Science has been fortunate to have significant levels of support and ongoing commitment from leading Canadian corporations and foundations.

Let's Talk Science recognizes corporation and foundation support through our publications (including our annual report), events, programs and projects. Donors are recognized for annual gifts and those committed on a multi-year basis.

Memorial and Tribute Gifts
Making a memorial gift to Let's Talk Science in remembrance of a loved one or friend who has passed away is a meaningful and thoughtful gesture. Gifts will be acknowledged to the family with a personal thank you.

If you know your relative, friend or colleague is passionate about science, education or providing opportunities to "at risk" youth, then you can honour him or her with a tribute gift through Let's Talk Science. A personal acknowledgement will be sent to the recipient informing him or her that a gift has been made on their behalf.

Please contact Sara Steers to arrange your memorial or tribute gift.
