We are looking for volunteers to contribute to CurioCity, a national online science resource for teens. Become a writer, editor, or reviewer of science-related articles to show teens how science fits into their everyday lives.
CurioCity is geared toward teens aged 13 to 17. From the latest news and technology to snowboarding and thrill seeking, CurioCity shows teens how science fits into their lives through an interactive, issues-based e-learning platform.
Teens are encouraged to pose questions like “are diet pills safe”, “what causes hiccups” and “how do ion hairdryers work” and our expert volunteers provide the answers. In addition, teens considering a future in the sciences can read what young professionals have to say about their science-related careers in the CareerTrack section of the website.
