Let's Talk Science and COVID-19

News | March 12, 2020 | Share on:

(UPDATE – MARCH 31, 2020 – 8:30 a.m.) For more than 25 years Let’s Talk Science has been uniquely positioned as a valued and trusted education partner across Canada. Let’s Talk Science is rooted in the belief that Canadian youth require strong STEM-based skills and knowledge for their future success. The COVID-19 crisis underscores the critical need for our work as science literacy and STEM skills underpin the global response.

As Canadians face continued school closures, we have been working to adapt our programming approach to provide enhanced, free support for educators, students and families.  We have been working to increase our online learning opportunities as we have placed an indefinite pause on in-person programming – allowing us to continue to offer engaging, curriculum-aligned support to educators, caregivers and youth as they look to encourage learning through STEM.

At Let’s Talk Science, we are committed to supporting education across Canada and will continue to regularly update our offerings as we move forward.  We encourage everyone to visit this page frequently in the coming weeks as we continue to enhance our offerings for educators, caregivers and youth.
