Volunteering is at the heart of what we do at Let’s Talk Science. Our volunteer community of more than 3,500 volunteers engage and inspire students across Canada by sharing their specialized knowledge of science, technology, engineering and math (STEM).
Possessing versatile skills and coming from a range of STEM and education backgrounds, Let’s Talk Science volunteers make contributions in various ways – whether it’s in-person or virtually through leading interactive activities in schools and community settings or contributing educator resources.
In order to ensure your safety, in-person outreach is postponed until further notice (some exceptions apply). However, most of our post-secondary sites are happy to offer virtual outreach! Contact your nearest location to organize a virtual visit for your class or group.
