Campaign Total Leaps Ahead to $17,713,113

At Let’s Talk Science, we’re helping to create a future where every child in Canada has the tools to tackle real-world problems with creativity and confidence. Acuitas Therapeutics, Accenture, the NCR Foundation, the Lewitt Family Foundation as well as the Colcleugh Leadership Program have generously supported this work, in the combined amount of more than $556,675, bringing Let’s Talk Science’s national Inspire - Educate - Innovate Fundraising Campaign total to $17,713,113 of its bold $30 Million goal. These contributions will help ignite a passion for science and learning in youth across Canada, empowering them to take risks, find solutions and succeed in a changing world.

Financial support from Acuitas Therapeutics, Accenture as well as the NCR Foundation and Lewitt Family Foundations will support core programming and STEM outreach experiences for youth including in rural, remote and Indigenous communities. The Colcleugh Leadership Program’s contributions over the past decade focus on development and training for Let’s Talk Science post-secondary student volunteers who deliver fun and engaging STEM activities and programs from over 55 Let’s Talk Science Outreach sites at universities and colleges across Canada.

“The generosity of campaign donors is essential as we work to cultivate a new generation of problem-solvers and change-makers,” said Dr. Bonnie Schmidt, President & Founder of Let’s Talk Science. “We are excited to welcome Acuitas Therapeutics and the NCR Foundation as new partners, and we are excited to welcome them to our supporter family. Sustained support from Accenture, the Lewitt Family Foundation and the Colcleugh Leadership Program is also deeply appreciated.”

Join the movement, transform lives, and be a part of building a brighter future.

Because how we educate our kids

Is how we change our future.
