Let’s Talk Science president Dr. Bonnie Schmidt awarded the C21 Shifting Minds Award for Leadership and Innovation
On July 19, Let’s Talk Science President and Founder, Dr. Bonnie Schmidt accepted the prestigious C21 Shifting Minds Award for Leadership and Innovation at the C21 Canada Summit 150 in Charlottetown, P.E.I.
C21 Canada is a national, not for profit organization that advocates for 21st Century models of learning in education.
Dr. Schmidt received her award at the C21 Canada Summit 150 meetings where C21 Canada showcases local experiential learning, shares national perspectives and extends and deepens professional engagement.
Dr. Schmidt, as the founder of Let’s Talk Science, is a strong advocate for science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) learning as a 21st Century model of learning in Canada. Let’s Talk Science provides free programs and resources to educators and youth, making STEM learning accessible across the nation.
