Learn About My Career

Sanchari Sen Rai works with prospective students who are considering higher education opportunities in Canada.

I was born/grew up in:  India

I now live in: Toronto, ON

I completed my training/education at: Immigration Consultant Certificate, Humber College. I am also a hospitality Graduate.

Studying abroad can be a nerve-racking experience. I work with students who are interested in studying outside their country. We help students identify which academic institutions are available for the program they want to follow. We also help them identify the different types of documents they will require and help them with the application process. For those who need it, we also help them with accommodations and travel plans. The students I work with can be in Canada or from other countries.

I have a lot of practical experience in the workplace and with training institutions. When I graduated high school, I studied for a career in the hospitality sector. I worked at this for a number of years. I took on the job training and completed an advanced certification program. I used the skills and experiences I had in the hospitality sector to move on to a career in customer service. I worked in different customer service in several different companies. I saw that there was a need for students who wanted to study in countries other than their own. I co-founded Education Consultants Canada. I really enjoy providing this service for prospective students. Check me out on LinkedIn for more of my background.

When a student comes back and say my mentoring helped them to make a right career choice. It is a great feeling to know you helped someone achieve their goals.

I help in building academic career for international students by counselling them to help make a career choice.
